Jason Patrick Burd, 40, of Mesa passed away Sunday October 30, 2011 in Mesa, Arizona. He is survived by his daughter Megan Berkheimer, his mother Connie Burd, sister Mary Ruppert, brother Robert Burd, grandparents Joe Johnson and Mary Burd and one grandchild Damen Berkheimer. A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 pm Monday, November 7th, 2011 at Mesa Church of Christ 1223 E. Dana Avenue, Mesa AZ 85204.
