Donald W. Holmgren (88) passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in Mesa, Arizona. Mr. Holmgren, a Retired Regional Plant Manager for the Bell System was born in Litchfield, Minnesota. Preceded in death by his parents Willie and Hulda Holmgren, sister Doris, brothers Hilding and Lloyd Holmgren. He is survived by his wife Betty, daughter Janet (Roger) Langland, sons Larry (Teresa) and David (Lynn) Holmgren, grandchildren Nicolee and Jeff (Andrea)Holmgren, Todd and Blake Langland, Tory, Rob, Carly and Jamie Holmgren. Interment will be scheduled at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minnesota. Mountain View Funeral Home handled the arrangements (480) 832-2850.
