We’re here for you throughout the current COVID-19 pandemic. Learn more about how we can support you during this time.
The death of someone you love can leave you feeling lost, alone and unsure where to turn for guidance. We will guide you through the process and help you make all necessary decisions.
Within the first 24 hours of your loved one’s passing, you will need to meet with our funeral home to begin the final arrangements. Most of our funeral consultations are conducted at our funeral home during normal business hours, but we are available to come to your residence or meet outside normal business hours.
One of our funeral directors is always on-call 24 hours a day, every day of the year. To assist Mountain View Funeral Home in preparing all the necessary documents, it’s helpful to bring some of the following things with you:
Call, email or fill out our contact form to schedule a funeral arrangement conference.
Services and merchandise planned with and purchased from Mountain View must be paid for prior to use. We accept cash, check or any major credit card, and offer several payment programs to help families pay for their selected services.
If the deceased has an insurance policy and the beneficiary is willing to assign it to Mountain View, we have a company that will evaluate the policy in usually less than 24 hours and make the payment to Mountain View. There is a 4-5% charge for this service.
