Joseph P. Mihalek went to be with God on March 22, 2016. He was 83 years young, and resided in Apache Junction, AZ. He was a Navy Veteran that served in the
Korean War. He was a kind, generous, patient, faithful to God, and understanding man. He always had a smile, and made sure to make you laugh about the smallest things. He was a hard worker, which he passed on to all his children. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, and watching them grow. He was a great cook that made the best meatloaf and spaghetti sauce. He enjoyed walking and playing with his dogs, and making sure that he always had a dog biscuit for them in his pocket. Whenever he was asked a question the response was “What cha’ going to do about it”. He made a lasting impression on everyone that he came in contact with throughout his life. His children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and former wife survived him. Services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday March 30, 2016 at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ (480-832-2850).
