David Wayne Martin, 51, of Queen Creek, Arizona passed Sunday, November 1, 2015 in Queen Creek, Arizona. Mr. Martin, Deputy Chief at Gila River Fire Department, was born in Mesa, Arizona.
Survivors include his daughters Jessica Martin and Nicole Monsey, sons Christian Martin and Cody Martin, sister Kimberly Martin-Legault, and his brother John Martin Jr.
The visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ 85207 (480-832-2850). The service will be at 10:30 am Monday November 9, 2015 at Mission Community Church, 4450 E Elliot Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85234. Memorials may be made to the David Martin Memorial Fund (Account # 8002776907) at any Comerica Bank Branch.
