Raymond John Rychly, “Ray,” 83, of Mesa, went to his eternal home Easter Sunday. Ray was born to Joseph and Mary Rychly on May 29, 1932 in Omaha, Nebraska. Ray worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and then began a 37 year career at The United States Post Office. Ray, and his son Mark, moved to Arizona in 1973.   Ray married Evelyn Lafler of Mesa in 1985. Ray and Evelyn’s combined family numbers four children, 11 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.  Ray loved the Lord, his family and his four-legged friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Broadway Christian Church, 7335 E. Broadway Road in Mesa, from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 10:00 am.  Entombment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
