Roscoe M. Keyser passed away on May 11, 2013 at Hospice of the Valley in Tempe, AZ. He was 92 years old, born March 2, 1921 to Roscoe M. Keyser Sr. and Myrtle (Hills) Keyser at Winthrop, MN. He was married to Ruby Schendel on September 5, 1942. He served with the Army Air Force from December 1942 until his discharge in December 1945. They made their home in Estherville, IA, Dunnell, MN and later moved to Baudette, MN before finally settling in AZ. He was employed for many years as a bus driver for the Dunnell/Sherborn School District and with Rueben and Steven Petersen at Petersen Piano and Organ. Ruby passed away on September 17, 2009. He has lived at Grand Court Assisted Living the last 4 years in Mesa, AZ. He is survived by his son Robert (Barb) Keyser of Crosby, MN, daughters, Sharon (Ralph) Emon of Queen Creek, AZ and Judy (Steve) Guthmiller of Mesa, AZ, 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, sister-in-law Laura Swanson of Mountain Lake, MN, brother-in-law Melvin Schendel of St. Cloud, MN and many nieces and nephews. Roscoe was preceded in death by his wife Ruby, his parents, brothers Harold, Maurice, and Claude Keyser and sister Helen Eike.
