Louis Carretta was born July 1, 1928 in Astoria, NY. He passed away July 16, 2013 in Mesa, AZ. He married the girl next door, Jule Audrey Curry on July 26, 1953. They were married for 60 years. They had 5 children together. Louis was an aerospace engineer for Grumman Aerospace in New York for 30 years, then in Boeing in Arizona. They resided in AZ for 35 years. He is survived by his wife Jule Carretta, daughters Susan A. Kenney, Gerrie Faas, Donna Marie Carretta and son John L. Carretta. He was preceded in death by his youngest son, William Joseph Carretta in 1989. Funeral arragements have been made at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E, Main St., Mesa, AZ for Tuesday July 23rd. A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m.
