Dorothy J. Hovey, 91 of Mesa, AZ passed away Tuesday October 22, 2013 in Mesa, AZ. Mrs. Hovey, a housewife, was born in Ocheyedan, Iowa. Survivors include her husband, Norm Hovey, daughters Pamela and Cindy, sons Rich, Douglas, Larry and Alan, her brother Dean Watters, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. The visitation for Mrs. Hovey will be from 1 – 2:00pm Friday October 25, 2013 followed by the funeral service at 2:00pm, at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ
