Edgar “Al” Plass, 80, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 20th. Born November 3, 1933 in Teaneck, New Jersey. Al was a Korean War veteran proudly serving his country November 1952 – November 1956. He received an honorable release from duty from the Navy. He had a great sense of humor and was always eager to assist. Al is survived by his loving wife Betty, sons Allen (Linda), Tim (Peggy Sue), Glen (Liz), daughter Jaime Wasniewski (Jonathan) and Brian. Grandchildren Harlan (passed away), Jesse, Cody, Lauren, Eric, Morgan, Anastasia, and Ashley. Great grandchild Hayden and 4 legged companion Maxmillion. He will be loved and missed by all his survivors. A memorial service will be held 10:00 am Monday, July 14th at Mountain View Funeral Home 7900 E. Main St. Mesa AZ 85207 followed by 12:30 pm Military Ceremony at National Memorial Cemetery of AZ 23029 North Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix AZ 85024
