William (Bill) Gowland 60, passed away on Saturday November 1, 2014 in Mesa, Arizona. Bill was a good painter but was a great artist with everything he touched. He is survived by his wife Liz Lloyd, sister Millie Owen, brother in-law Jeff Owen, niece Christina Garcia, nephew Jesse Garcia, great nieces Yvonne Vitale and Nique Garcia, great nephew Omar Moreno, great-great niece Destiny Pacheco and his great-great nephews Israel and Isaiah Arrieta. Funeral and celebration of life services will be held Saturday November 8th at 1:00 pm at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetary 7900 E. Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85207.
