Laura Miyoko Kaneshiro Clark, 50, of Queen Creek, AZ, has gone home to God on May 30th, 2023. She is the youngest of four children born to Richard and Ok Yon Kaneshiro on March 1st, 1973 in Honolulu, HI. She was a very sweet, good, loving mother and daughter. God must have more planned for her and has called her back sooner than anyone expected.
Laura grew up on Oahu, HI, graduated from Aiea H.S., attended Heald where she received her Electrical Technician degree and was a percussionist in the University of Hawaii Drumline. She also played the piano and flute and sang like an angel. She spent most of her adult life on the mainland but has always considered Hawai’i her home. She was proud to be a Manufacturing Technician (a.k.a. “chip or wafer maker”) at Intel Corporation. She loved horses, drawing horses, singing and really enjoyed playing World of Warcraft. She also enjoyed cooking, shopping on Amazon, returning things to Amazon, chatting with friends via social media and was a movie and television franchise nerd.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Donald Clark, daughters: Melyssa Michiko Muramoto (d. 1993), Angelina Rennada Visarra Nichols (Zilen), son: Pu’ali Richard Kaneshiro (Carissa), fur babies: Artemis (Artie), Abby, Bella, Stewart Little (Stewie), Little Earnhardt (Little E), Kayla, Laila and Oscar. She has also left behind her older siblings Nancy Wall (Jason), Lena Kaneshiro (James), and Jason Kaneshiro (Michelle) who will dearly miss Wawa’s loving, kind, bright, cheery, chatty voice and smile.
Services to be held in Arizona and Hawai’i at a later date.
She will always be my beautiful wife that I will never forget.
