Dorothy and I had a special connection. She was my teacher of faith and God, in fact I have her Bible. She was my inspiration to keep going. I will miss our Saturday morning breakfasts at Ihop. I hope I can be her neighbor in heaven. I love you more Dorothy!!! “See ya later Allegator”

  2. Sherri Smith says:

Carol, I remember your mom making us a special breakfast (I think it was potato pancakes ) one morning after I spent the night. They were so good and I was a picky eater! That was so sweet of her. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

  3. Madeline Luloff says:

We are sending our deepest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. Sending prayers to comfort you. May you hold close to your heart the memories you have. God bless all of you.

My sympathies go to Carol & her family during this time of loss. I remember your mom from our childhood. She will be missed. Remember she will always be in your hearts. Rest in peace Mrs. Camillo.

  5. Pam Karr says:

A Beautiful Soul has left us. She was an amazing person and my inspiration. We were very close in mind and spirit. She always had a bright outlook. I will miss our visits and phone calls. And now God has taken her home. I can see her dancing on the stars. Love you much.

  6. Janice and Lance Johnson says:

Dorothy was a very special person. She loved on everyone she would meet. My special memory of Dorothy was her morning prayer list. If you made this list for one prayer request or another you never left this list. She had a rather long list but I know God heard her and answered many of those prayers. I know you are in God’s presence and rejoicing your sight. Dorothy, Lance and I loved you and will miss you. We will see you again soon.

  7. Patricia Frerichs says:

My brother Jim and his wife Carolyn and I were just talking about Dorothy tonight and I looked her up and discovered she had gone to heaven. She was a wonderful lady and a huge part of our growing up in Rock Island Illinois. We will miss her. She always sent the first Christmas card we received every year. I grew up with Susan and we loved the whole family. Great memories of husband Lou and Pastor Haake debating in Bible class.
