On November 21, 2024 God called devout catholic, George Borucki to heaven to join his wife Lillian, Brothers Vick, Larry, Sisters Rose and Gurt. George was born on March 15, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to Anna and August Borucki.

George joined the Army in 1944 and fought in combat in WWII Europe conflict with a machine gun team. They were pinned down in battle and he developed frost bite on both feet sending him to be hospitalized for months where he later recovered.

He received the Bronze battle star medal. He worked at Ecko Products Inc. for 35 years as a plant electrician in Wheeling, Illinois. George and Llillian moved to Arizona and lived in Sunland Village in Mesa, Arizona for several years and enjoyed many activities there.

After his wife passed he moved to the Citadel Senior Living Community. George had many interest and talents as an artist and played several instruments. George is survived by his son Bob Borucki.

A celebration of life will take place at the Citadel Senior Living Community Chapel, 520 S. Higley Road Mesa, Arizona 85206. December 30th, 2024 at 1:30 PM. Graveside service will be held at Mountain View Memorial Gardens, 7900 E. Main Street Mesa, Arizona 85207, January 10th, 2025
