She grew up in Mobile, Alabama, where she graduated from Murphy High School in 1949. Alice moved to Globe after she married Norman Ray Todd on November 28, 1952, and she found a true sense of community here.

Alice and Norman raised four children together. She was the glue that held their family together, supporting Norman in his work at Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company, using thrift and hard work to make ends meet during the strikes, and always commemorating special occasions. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Alice leaves behind 3 daughters–Carol Cramer, Cindy Gregory and her husband Keith, and Susan Todd and her partner Billy Ritchie, and 1 son–Robin Todd and his wife Karen. She will also be dearly missed by her 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Alice was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Norman, her parents, Alice and Clifford, and her 2 brothers–Jack and Robert. Services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, April 6th at Central Christian Church (390 E. Sycamore Street) in Globe, Arizona.
