Alicia Gutierrez Guerrero, 91, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on March 3, 2016 in Mesa. Alicia was born in Superior, AZ in 1924. Survivors include her daughter, Helen Guerrero Word and son, Arthur M. Guerrero, eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Luis V. Guerrero Sr. and son, Louis G Guerrero Jr. and her siblings Ben Escandon, Hortencia Escandon Navarro, Armando Escandon, Antonio Gutierrez, and Arnoldo Gutierrez. She is deeply loved by all her family and friends who will miss her very much. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Mountain View Funeral Home, 7900 East Main Street in Mesa from 12:30 pm until the funeral service at 1:30 pm. Interment will be held at Mountain View Cemetery. Mountain View Funeral Home is assisting the family.
