Andrea Lee Scott went home to her Lord on July 14th 2019. Andrea was born October 26th 1956 to Cynthia and Arnold Catani in Great Lakes, Il. She moved about the country as part of a Navy family, living in Illinois, Indiana, California, Connecticut, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Andrea is survived by her husband Tom Scott whom she married on December11th 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They settled in Mesa, Arizona in 1996.
She had three sons; Christopher, Robert and Jason who she loved dearly and were her self-proclaimed “proudest accomplishments”
She adored her two ‘Fur babies’, Cisco and Chico that were her constant companions.
Andrea served as a caregiver to many elderly residents during her time in Mesa. She had a good soul and was very generous with her time and her heart. She loved to knit caps for newly born babies in the neo-natal care unit at Banner Hospital
Andrea’s true passion was her love for God. She was a devout Christian and helped many others build a relationship with the Lord. When it was time to go home, she was very well prepared.
She was preceded in death by: Cynthia and Arnold Catani (parents); Christopher Catani (son); Christine Catani (sister); Jessica Nation (sister). She is survived by her husband Tom, her son Robert Baugh, her son Jason Baugh (wife Kristy), her sister Lisa Catani-Mace (husband Paul), her brother Edward Catani (wife Debbie), her niece Cindy Catani (husband Chris), multiple nieces and nephews and her best friend in the world Frances Robbins
Services for Andrea will be held on Friday July 19th 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery. Special thanks to the entire Medical staff at Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa for the amazing care they provided Andrea in her last days
