Blanche Mae (Winfrey) Bribiesca of Apache Junction Arizona passed away at her home Sunday morning January 22, 2017. She was born January 2, 1942 the daughter of Vailes and Hope (Martin) Winfrey. Blanche moved to Apache Junction Arizona in 2005 with her loving husband Gregory Bribiesca, they shared their love together for over 58 years. They were married May 5, 1958 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Garden City, Kansas. She attended Garden City, Kansas Elementary and High School.
She is survived by her husband Gregory Bribiesca, one daughter Valerie (Tom) Schuetz of Holcomb, Kansas, three sons, Gregory Jr. (Pam) Bribiesca of Holcomb, Kansas, Matthew (Sally) Bribiesca of Holcomb Kansas, and Christopher (Kelly) Bribiesca of Roger Arkansas, eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
She was a store owner/operator of Bribiesca’s larger size women’s clothing store and Greg’s Shirt Shack 1974-1981. Blanche also was a Child Care provider owner/operator of Blanche’s Daycare and a Foster parent for many years prior to retirement.
Blanche enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, she loved traveling, sewing, cooking, volunteering, crafts, swimming, and most of all she loved being a wife to her childhood sweetheart, a mother to her children and a grandmother to her grandchildren/great grandchildren.
She is a member of St. George Catholic Church in Apache Junction Arizona. She was a past member of St. Mary Catholic Church and Daughter of Isabel in Garden City, Kansas.
She proceeds in death by her parents and two sister.
Father Stanley Nadolny will do the celebrant Memorial Service on Saturday February 25, 2017 at 1:00pm at Superstition Sunrise R.V. Resort 702 South Meridian Road, Apache Junction Arizona in the Ballroom.
Blanche is missed by her family, and many close friends who loved her very much.
