Candace (Candy) Koechling Zimmerman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we share in the death of Candace (Candy) Koechling Zimmerman who passed away suddenly on October 5, 2015. It is also with great joy that we share in the life of Candace (Candy) Koechling Zimmerman. In honor of her life and death, the family has decided to hold a memorial ceremony at a later date when all the family can all be present. Candy will be buried next to her late husband Harold (Hal) Zimmerman at Mountain View cemetery in Mesa, Az. Family and Friends may contact the funeral home Mountain View for more details.
Candy was born on December 8th, 1947 in Miami, Florida and attended Palmetto Senior High School. She is survived by her friend and companion, Patrick Knopke; daughter Jessica (Bacon) Boyd and her husband Willy Boyd as well as their son, Brody Hildebrandt (grandson) of TX; son James Bacon of Az; Sisters: Christine Poulin and her husband Roland J Poulin of AZ; Claudia Campbell and her husband David Campbell of AZ; Connie French and her husband Bruce French of FL; and Cathy Findley of FL. Candy is also survived by many friends and family in AZ and FL, to include nieces and nephews and Barbara Knowles of Az.
She is preceded in death by: husband, Harold (Hal) Zimmerman of AZ; father, Warren J Koechling of AZ; mother, Marilyn H. Findley; grandparents Helen and Charles Lange.
Thank you for all the love and memories you have shared with Candy over the years. Her joyful laugh and spirited energy will not be forgotten.

I am so sorry to hear of Candys passing. She was a dear friend. My husband Don and I would go dancing with Hal and Candy when we lived in Gilbert. They were an incredible couple and I remember them both fondly.
