Charles Todd Stevens, a loving husband and father, died unexpectedly on October 11, 2016 at the age of 53.
Todd is survived by his mother, Donna Stevens; his wife, Kelly Stevens (Franzgrote); his children, Matthew 19, Connor 16 and Maya 14; his sister Amy Jones (Stevens) married to David Jones and their children, Katie and Rachael. His extended family includes four brother-in-law, three sister-in-law, and 11 nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father Reverend Charles Finley Stevens.
Todd was born in Virginia Minnesota, grew up in St. Cloud, Minnesota and has resided in the Phoenix area for the past 30 plus years. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and had worked for Intel Corporation for the past 23 years until his recent retirement.
In 1995 Todd married Kelly and they moved to the Ahwatukee area. They were blessed with three beautiful children, who were the most important part of his life. He took great pride in their academic and sporting accomplishments. He was a devoted Christian and taught youth groups for many years. Todd was a patient, caring, kind man with a great sense of humor and quick wit. He was loved by all who knew him.
Services will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 10:30am at Apache Wells Community Church in Mesa, AZ where Todd’s father was a pastor for many years.
