Clotilde “Tilllie” Mendoza, 104, of Superior, AZ passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2014 in Mesa, AZ. Mrs. Mendoza was born in Wickenburg, AZ in 1910. Preceded in death by her husband Frank Mendoza and son Rudy Burrola, she is survived by her daughter Lillian M. Amado, daughter-in-law Dolores (Rudy) Burrola, grandchildren Frank, Irma, Cathy, Sue, Bill, David, Michael, 15 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren. A funeral is scheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday, December 2nd at Mountain View Funeral Chapel 7900 E. Main St. Mesa AZ 85207. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Superior Senior Center, 360 Main St., Superior, AZ 85173 or the AZ Humane Society.

We were very saddened to hear of Tillie’s passing. I remember Tillie from when we were very young. She always remembered my Dad and Mom and they always spoke very highly of her. She was a grand lady and I will always remember her in friendship and with respect.
