Dharmesh “Dhamu” Bhakta, also known as “Gator” by his close circle of friends, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at the age of 44. The son of descendants from India, he is survived by his father, two brothers, two sisters-in-law, three nieces, and a nephew. He grew up in a small town in Southern California after moving to the United States from his birthplace in Panama City, Panama. In 1998, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he attended college and found work, living there until his passing. Known for his generous and loving attitude, he made a lasting impression on many lives around him. He will be remembered fondly.

Services are being held on July 26, 2024, at 9:30am at Mountain View Funeral Home and
Cemetery at 7900 Main St. Mesa, AZ, 85207.

    I am extremely saddened to hear about Dharmesh’s passing. I went to HTI with him and to be completely honest I wouldn’t have graduated if it wasn’t for him! He would drive all the way out to surprise just to pick me up for school! I’ll never forget his infectious laugh and giving heart! Miss you buddy!!!
