Mrs. Diane Honan Rowe (nèe Honan), of Mesa, Arizona joined our heavenly father’s kingdom on Saturday, October 9th, 2021, at the age of 62.

Diane was born to parents Glenn William Honan and Theresa Ann Honan (nèe Pawlowski) on October 2nd, 1959, in Harrisburg, PA. Diane married Jessie James Rowe III in Jacksonville Beach, FL on June 30th, 1979, and had two sons, Jessie James Rowe IV (1981) and Jason Glenn Rowe (1986).

Diane was a kind and loving woman who cared greatly about her family and friends. Throughout her life she was always ready to help anyone in need. This passion to help others was the driving force that led to her lifelong profession as a Registered Nurse. Diane loved the sun and when not working or caring for her family could be found lying on a sandy beach or floating in her backyard pool on a sunny Florida day where she resided much of her life.  She and her husband moved from Florida to Mesa, AZ, the Valley of The Sun in 2011. As a woman who loved the warmth of the sun, it came as no surprise to family and friends that Diane asked to have her ashes spread on the Island of Kauai’s beaches where she and her husband spent their 40th anniversary. She always searched for the sun!

Her mother loved butterflies and after her mother’s passing, Diane would always say “If I see a butterfly out to play then it’s mom saying hey.”  Diane loved the beauty of hummingbirds. Like her belief in the tie between her mother and butterflies we know that when we see a hummingbird in our presence, we too shall be reminded that she is always with us.

Diane is survived by her husband, Jessie James Rowe III; her two sons, Jessie James Rowe IV (wife, Lindsey), and Jason Glenn Rowe (wife, Milbrey); her three grandsons, Jessie James Rowe V, Memphis Dylan Rowe, and Honan Francis Rowe; her brother Kim Honan (wife, Debbie), and two sisters Deborah Erb and Kristen Merritt (husband, Paul).

Diane is preceded in death by her father Glenn William Honan, mother Theresa Ann Honan (nèe Pawlowski), and older brother Mark Glenn Honan.

A private viewing for the family will be at Mountain View Funeral Home in Mesa, AZ on October 14th, 2021. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in Diane’s name to the charity of your choice.
