My condolences to the Frigo family
Working for the Chicago Department of Transportation, I worked with Dominick on many projects including the first Marathon in Chicago. I thought he was a good positive person who did a lot for the City. I believe there would not be a Chicago Marathon without Dominic’s support. Most Police Officials, at that time, were against the event. Thank you and RIP Dominick
