1937-2016 Doris J. Scott, age 79 of Mesa, Arizona passed away on October 15, 2016. Born and raised in Chester, PA, Doris has resided in Mesa, Arizona for 28 years. She worked as a Banquet Coordinator for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family most of all. She couldn’t be happier than when she held a baby in her arms. In addition to her parents, Harvey and Blanche Stipe Moulder, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dave Scott (34 years), her committed friend Tom Gorse, daughter Jeannie Luce (Terry), grandson Christopher Turek and brother Harvey Moulder. She is survived by her sons Dave (Gus) Scott (Jeannine), Michael Turek (Jana), Patrick Turek, her daughters Barbara Scott, and Cheryl Scott, her sister Margaret (Peggy) Roden (Jack-deceased) Barbara Pro (Joe), and her brother Edward Moulder (Elaine). She has 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Michael Turek Jr, Jeremy Luce, James Luce, John Turek, Joey Turek, and Davis Scott.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday October 20, from 8-9:00 AM at Mountain View Funeral Home located at 7900 East Main Street in Mesa Arizona. Her service will be held at All Saints Catholic Church at 1534 N Recker Road, Mesa Arizona at 10:00 AM followed by Interment at Mountain View Cemetery at 7900 East Main Street in Mesa.
