Dorothy A. Graves Shaw, loving mother, grand-mother, and great grand-mother.

Born in Flint, Michigan, March 6, 1920. Passed away November 20, 2013 in Chandler, AZ. Daughter of Julian and Doris Todd. Moved to Apache Junction in 1959. Worked for Apache Junction School District and was a long time employee of the Mesa School District. Lived in Mesa East Adult Community for over forty years. Was also a long time summer resident in Overgaard, Arizona.

Was a member of the White Shrine of Jerusalem and acted as Treasurer of the Apache Junction Lioness Club for many years. Was also a founding member of the John Calvin Presbyterian Church in Apache Junction where she was also a long time member of the church choir.

Preceded in death by first husband, Donald A. Graves and second husband, Lynn A. Shaw. Survived by son, Albert L. Graves, daughter-in-law, Susan Scofield Graves, Grandson, Nicholas T. Graves of Henderson NV and Grandaughter, Gretchen E. Poindexter of Boulder City, NV. Also survived by four great grandchildren. Also survived by brother, George B. Todd of Springhill, Florida.
