Edward Arthur Kariker, age 80, departed this life peacefully on March 28th 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness. Born October 6th 1943, he graced this world with his presence for 80 years.
Ed was a cherished spouse, parent, sibling, and friend, whose warmth and compassion touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He had an innate ability to light up any room with his infectious smile and unwavering positivity.
He will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his passion for riding motorcycles, his love for dogs, and his commitment to making the world a better place. Whether through his acts of kindness, his willingness to help others or simply lending an empathetic ear, he touched countless lives and left a memorable mark on the hearts of many.
While his physical presence will be deeply missed, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his father; George Kariker, mother; Francis Root; brother, Jerry (Butch) Kariker; grandson, Kirk Kariker Jr, and granddaughter; Ciara Kariker. They are once again reunited, in heaven.
Ed is survived by his beloved wife; Isabell (Linda) Kariker, sisters; Pat Winkler and Barbara Wood, daughter; Karla Rivera, son; Kirk Kariker, and his grandchildren; Angel and Isiah Kariker, Mia, Michael, Ayden and great grandchild Anthony Rivera, as well as numerous friends and acquaintances who will forever cherish his memory.
Though his earthly journey has come to an end, Ed’s love, kindness, and legacy of compassion will continue to inspire and uplift all who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace, knowing he made the world a brighter place simply by being in it.
