Edward James Wilson passed away peacefully at the age of 89 Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in Apache Junction, Az. He served as an Airman in the Air Force. Mr Wilson retired with the Operating Engineers, Local 825, as a heavy equipment operator of 65 years. Survivors include Daughter Ann Hoel, Sister Gail Hughes, Brother Francis Wilson, Grandchildren Chris Hoel and Sharon Hoel, Great -grandchildren Jazelyn Hoel, and Jessica Hoel. Visitation will be held at Mountain View Funeral home in Mesa, AZ Friday, September 14th, 2018 from 5pm-8pm. Funeral services will be held at St. George Catholic Church in Apache Junction, AZ September 15th, 2018 at 1pm. Luncheon reception to follow TBA.
