There will be a small, private graveside service at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 9:00. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley in her honor.

  1. Dottie Dawn says:

You were an amazing Mom and an incredible person! I love you and already miss you so much!

  2. Cindi Green says:

As one of the “loved” nieces (I hope!) I have to say it is with a grateful heart that I was able to spend a few days with Aunt Esther this summer in New Mexico. She wasn’t her old self but she was still one of my favorite aunts. As you can imagine she had declined but on occasion she would pull out an old memory and as we continued to unravel that thread her charm and down to earth persona came through. I’m so happy I was able to be with her one last time. Wherever she is I hope she is chatting up a storm and smoking a ‘ciggie’ with every one of her loved ones who made the trip before her. To sign off, I’ll just say ‘piffle’ Aunt Esther…until we are together again.
    Much love, Cindi Tipton Green

  3. Becky Hamblin Perry, Daughter says:

    Dear Mom,

The time has come for you to rest.
Fly high, fly free, from the cares of this world and rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus until we meet again, sweet girl.

    I loved you always,
    Becky Hamblin Perry, Daughter

  4. John Perry says:

My precious Mother-in-law passed away. We will see you on the other side Esther.
Jesus has taken her to her mansion.
    John 14:2-3 KJV
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

  5. Dottie Dawn says:

You were DEFINITELY one of her very favorite loved nieces, Cindi! I love your tribute to her! You were right on with your comments!! She was still talking about our “slumber party” in New Mexico up until the end! Thank you!

  6. Lisa says:

I don’t even know what to say. I’m numb all the time and I still can’t believe you are gone. Everything reminds me of you and it hurts. I hope that one day the memories will make me smile but right now they stab my heart. Thank you for the signs you have sent. I miss you so much and love you forever.
