Henry Lee Gilbert, 80 of Apache Junction, Arizona went to be with the Lord, May 26, 2022.

He was Born, April 12, 1942 in Atkins, Arkansas to Jessie and Wilma (Kelly) Gilbert.

 

Henry was a beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

 

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara (Dunegan) Gilbert, children: Donna Gilbert, Leann (Mike) Lynn, Daniel (Amber) Gilbert, Hank (Marquisia) Moore, Jaden Gilbert..14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. And sisters, Betty Posey and Laverne Davis.

 

He is proceeded by sisters Niece and Edna, and brother Melvin.

 

All Funeral services will be held at: Mountain View Funeral Home at 7900 East Main Street Mesa, Arizona Thursday, June 2, 2022. The viewing will be from 1-2pm Service will be from 2-3 pm, and Graveside will follow at 3pm.

    I love you grandpa. I will miss you so much and miss going camping and fishing with you. Love your grandson Brian

    I will dearly miss my big brother. Even though he would chase me down when we were kids and put his old dirty sock in my mouth. He was a good brother to me. I am happy he is not suffering . RIP Henry .I love you , you will always be in my heart.

    I love you Daddy and I’m gonna miss you like crazy life’s not going to be the same without you but I know your in a better place and not suffering anymore ibut I have so many great memories that I will cherish forever all the camping trip fishing and hunting I will always be your tom Rip Daddy I love you your little girl Leann
