Itha “Gayle” Forsythe ,80, passed away on July 2, 2025 in Mesa, AZ. Itha was born on March 29, 1945 to her loving parents. She will be forever missed by her dear friends and extended family.

Gayle was a wonderful, knowledgeable and interesting person. She did so many things that most people were not aware of. She owned Arabian and Saddlebred horses, cared for many critters both big and small. An astonishing and gifted person. I have known Gayle for almost 60 years and will miss her very much.
