I remember Uncle Jim, when growing up with my favorite cousins, as stern and disciplined. Probably the Marine Sargent in him. In my young adult years I grew to know him as a friend. I saw him mellow out over the years and got to know him all over again because my wife and I moved to Arizona in 2003. We live in Nashville now but stopped in on him
2 1/2 years ago. Good memories of Uncle Jim and still in touch with my favorite cousins.
