Sending God’s comfort and condolences at this time to all of John’s family – especially his wife Margie. As a relatively new neighbor – I met both John and Margie as they strolled by our home one day. From then, I noticed John often passing by on his way to Walmart, or I would see them both with their dogs while we were all out on our daily walks. He seemed to be a kind and gentle soul. He will be missed – yet his legacy through his family will live on. A life well lived.
When I think of you, John Ray …I only know great, loving and fun times!! My heart goes out to Margie, Alisa, Heidi, Byron, Ann Marie, Gary and the rest of the family!!I wish I could have gotten to spend more time with you. You will always be remembered and I will always cherrish our wonderful memories!!! Your family will make sure your legacy lives on and on FOREVER!!! I will miss you and I know you know I love you!! God Bless!!
I was just a dumb student in his Japanese class in high-school. I acted as a teacher assistant and probably the only one at the time to take Japanese 5-6. I went to Japan. He was an amazing human being and deeply touched the lives of many.
