Judy Kay Hoffman, of Mesa, Arizona, formerly Plymouth, Minnesota, passed away on February 1, 2017 at the age of 75. She is preceded in death by husband, Sherwood Hoffman, and parents, Chester and Mildred Hosford. Survived by brother, Jack Hosford (Carolyn), sister-in-law Geraldine Sieg, nephews, John and Mark (Sarah) Hosford, sisters-in-law, Phyllis Joos (Davey) and Geraine Seig, nieces, Shelley, Annie and Susan, nephews, Steven, Stuart and Eric and great nieces and nephews. Family service and interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Memorials preferred to the National Lupus Foundation.
