Kenneth Max Buelteman was born in Menominee, MI on July 8th,1929, and entered into eternal  grace on January 5th, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Max and Martha Buelteman, and his other five siblings. He was the longest living among his parents and siblings.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Theresa. His daughter, Starla Ybarra, (Steve) of Fountain Hills, AZ. In addition, stepsons Jeff Sievert (Pat) of Marinette, WI, Scott Sievert (Joan) of Green Bay,WI, and Rod (Steve) Sievert of Las Vegas, NV.

Kenneth was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, and served as personal security for American General, and 34th President, Dwight D. Eisenhower. His professional career included 40 yrs with the Merchant Marines. He worked for American Steamship Company with headquarters in Buffalo, NY. He sailed the Great Lakes during these years. He moved to Arizona with his family in 1988, and retired in 1993 as the Chief Engineer of the motor vessel, H.Lee White.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 11th, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Victory Lutheran Church located at 5946 E. University Drive, Mesa, AZ 85205.
