Dear Breuer family; We are so sorry for your loss. Gil and I have memories of Catie Vista apartments and this North Dakota family with 3 sweet little girls moved in. During that time we got to be close friends, spending time together on holidays, parents going out on a dancing. the kids got to spend time with our kids. We have many memories of our time with the your family. May God keep you all wrapped in His arms of love at this time. Bev, I am thinking of you and pray we can see each other again soon. Emmy

  2. Debbie Rexius-Loe says:

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Bev and family in the loss of Larry. Although we haven’t seen each other in years, our families spent a lot of time together as I was growing up. As you know, my dad, Larry, followed your Larry out to SD to work the foundry business. So one could say your family contributed to where I am today, still in SD and happily married.

I have fond memories of Larry, one in particular spent in Wahpeton, ND over the 4th of July!! That was a fun trip as a child!

Our Larry’s are together now in heaven watching down over us as we finish our journey. God bless you all and keep the memories alive to help in your grief.

    Blessings,
    Deb

  3. Cindy and David Wessels says:

Dear Bev and your children: We were so sad to hear that Larry had passed away after a long battle with Fibrosis and cancer. We did not even know he had been sick and I’m sure the battle at the end was painful for him and you. We watched Doug suffer with a very similar battle that ended all too quickly. When one we love suffers so, we suffer too and feel so helpless at times. Let the many happy memories sustain you during this sad time as you prepare to say farewell. May you feel God’s love surround you in the faces of your family and friends. We wish we could be there with you all to love on you, but we will not be able to make the trip. We will honor your request for a donation to the AFS Wisconsin Chapter in Larry’s name. Deep sympathies to you Bev, as you will feel the loss the most as your partner in life is gone. I pray God will bless you with health and healing of your heart in the days ahead. Tight hugs and a kiss on the cheek in love. We love you!

Larry, your extended family was rocked to it’s very foundations when you, Lawrence Earl Breuer, silently left this life and slipped into the next. We all offered our prayers for peace, comfort and strength for you, Bev, Anita, Kimberly, Jennifer and the rest of your family. We added ourselves to that close-knit group, as we too had to deal with our own feelings of heartache, emptiness and bereavement.
Soon the family will gather together to celebrate you, Larry, sharing the love we have for you, what you meant to each of us and how you touched our lives.
I hope you knew, you were greatly admired by the family for the man you became. Through your strong work ethics, determination, courage to change and as a loving husband and family man, you set quite the example for those both younger and older than you. With out a word your life said, “You can do it!”
As we move forward, “We can do it” because you were here, with us, to show us how!
