Linda Roxanne Miller, 71, passed away peacefully at home in Phoenix, Arizona, surrounded by her loving daughter, Jenea Miller. Born on August 1, 1953, in Hays, Kansas, Linda was the cherished daughter of Alcide Francis and Janet Roberta (Brin) Balthazor.

Linda was the proud mother of four children: Michelle Amado, Ryan Smith, Jake and Jenea Miller. She was also a devoted grandmother to seven grandchildren who brought her endless joy. She is survived by her siblings Melanie Britegam, John and Tracy Balthazor, who remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Linda dedicated 20 years of her career to Electrical District #2, where she served as a manager and was highly regarded for her leadership and work ethic. Known for her athleticism, Linda excelled at racquetball, enjoyed playing Cribbage, and found great joy in reading. Despite facing life-changing challenges following a car accident that left her disabled, Linda’s resilience and loving spirit never wavered.

Linda will be remembered as a kind, genuine, and outgoing soul who had an extraordinary ability to brighten the lives of those around her. She was a devoted mother who always put her family first and was known for her generosity—she would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need.

Linda’s family and friends will forever cherish her memory and the lasting impact she made on their lives.
