Logan Thomas Bann, 18 years old, died on Monday, March 24th, 2025, while doing one of his favorite things- riding his dirt bike with a friend. He is survived by his mother and father, Carrie and Mitch, his siblings, Hailey and Lucas, his maternal grandmother, Marilyn Moore, his paternal grandfather, Gary Bann and many, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Logan was born in North Carolina but found a second home in Mesa, AZ where he has lived for the last 6 years. He recently graduated from Primavera High School in February 2025. Logan has worked at Discount Tire on the corner of Power and McKellips for the past two years and loved his work family. He proudly displayed his dirty hands for all to see. Logan was a hard worker and based on what he claimed, the fastest tire technician ever, and would do anything for anyone.
Logan loved his new puppy, Dune, riding his Honda CRF 450 (2008- which is the holy grail for his friends that know about bikes), cliff jumping, BMX and Camp Woodward, parkour and pretty much any extreme sport. He was only 13 months older than his sister Hailey and while they fought like cats and dogs, they loved each other fiercely. Just last week, he took his 11-year-old brother, Lucas, to get late-night tacos at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. Always a good role model. As anyone who knew him knows, Logan lived the fast life. He was quick witted and had an infectious laugh. He was all around just a great human to know.
We will have a service on Thursday, April 3rd at 4pm at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel at 7900 East Main Street, Mesa, Arizona. The service will be live streamed, Logan Bann Memorial Service on Vimeo and the program will be posted at https://mountainviewfuneralhomeandcemetery.com/.
Close friends and family are welcome to stop by the house after the service, and also over the next few weeks.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Camp Woodward. Logan spent 11 summers with his mom (camp nurse) at Camp Woodward developing BMX riding skills and building relationships. Because many families are not able to afford the experiences Logan loved so much Camp Woodward, we’d like to give camp scholarships to children with financial need. Checks can be mailed to:
Camp Woodward (in memory of Logan Bann)
134 Sports Camp Dr, Woodward, PA 16882
Or go to Parkcitycf.fcsuite.com and make a donation in memory of Logan Bann.
