Raymond Whitney Thomas, Jr., 82, of Mesa, AZ passed away peacefully Saturday, June 20, 2015 in Mesa AZ, in his home in the loving arms of his wife and two daughters. Mr. Thomas, a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, was born in Santa Cruz, CA. Survivors include his wife Dorothy M. Thomas, of Mesa, AZ, daughters Pennie Graham and husband Phil of Gilbert, AZ, Lori Bandy and husband Todd of Floydada, TX, one sister Donna Martin and husband Doug of Soquel, CA, four grandchildren: William Talley and wife Jen of Show Low, AZ, Brandon Talley and wife Candi of Queen Creek, AZ, Chelsey Bandy Price and husband Blake of Canyon, TX, and Levi Bandy and wife Kristin of Pearland, TX; and eight great-grandchildren: Dylan Talley, Lucas Talley, Liam Talley, Tatum Talley, Lacee Talley, Thomas Talley, Mollie Bandy and Colt Price. Services will be held Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Mountain View Funeral Home, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Banner Alzheimer’s Foundation, 2025 N. 3rd St., Suite 250, Phoenix, AZ, 85004 in honor of Raymond Thomas.
