October 28th, 2023, Susan (Frederick) Sanders, 69, of Gilbert, AZ, passed away peacefully at home with her beloved husband Dean Sanders at her side.

Susan was born in Green Lake, WI and grew up in Hancock, WI. She was very proud of her WI heritage, but was never fond of the winters. She loved reading a great book, preferably on the beach, listening to live music, cooking fun new dishes and spending time with her family.  Another thing Sue was known for was taking a thrift store find and making it a treasure. She loved helping others, and always tried to make anyone she was with feel special. She had an eye for detail, and never settled for less than she deserved. One of her amazing hidden talents was her ability to write personalized birthday songs for all her loved ones over the last 15 years.

Susan had a very successful career Managing IT organizations for several companies. She retired in 2003 to allow her time to enjoy with her family.

Susan was predeceased by her parents Edward and Margaret (Turner) Frederick, and brother David Frederick.

She is survived by husband Dean, Thad (Son) & Cindy Phillips, Melissa (Daughter) & Tony Staggs, Ronnie Sanders (Son), Mindy (Daughter) & Julie Risen Sanders. Grand Children, Kayla Phillips, Arielle Phillips, Drew & Alison Duncan, Hanna Staggs, Eli Staggs, Ethan Staggs, Bailey & Nicholas Beasley, Bryce Gilbert, Jacqueline (Sister) & Jim Oestreich.

Celebration of life will be held at Catholic Parish in Marshall, IL on November 17th at 2pm with a follow up celebration in Gilbert, AZ (TBD).
