Tommy Lee Jones Sr., 66, of Mesa, AZ passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020, in Mesa, AZ. Mr. Jones, a truck driver, was born in Phoenix, AZ.

Tommy was quite an organizer, he was involved in the Cub Scouts, Apache Junction Jaycees, choir at church, and softball coach. He loved working on old cars and participating in car shows.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Peggie and Boots Franks, and WC Jones; his sons, TomTom Jones; and brothers: Bobby, Lonnie, Donald, WC Jones Jr. and Ricky Jones.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Pam Jones; sons, Joshua and Dustin Jones; grandchildren: Kailyn, Colbin, Kylee, Nelson, Caleb, Breklyn, and Brystol; sisters, Barbara Reed and Michelle Walker; brothers: Travis, David, Mickey, Scotty Sr.; and stepmother: Betty Miles.

A visitation will be held from 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery , 7900 E Main St., Mesa, Arizona with a private service to follow on Thursday, July 2, 2020 and may be viewed publicly on Facebook Live. Tommy will be laid to rest at City of Mesa Cemetery in Mesa, Arizona.

    My heart goes out to you. This is a very difficult thing to endure! I am so very sorry. Tommy was a kind, generous and caring man. It’s been a long time but both you and Tommy have always been in my heart and dear to me.
