Annette Louise Bittner, age 72, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio.  Surviving are her daughter, Karen Hentges Johnston (Donald) and her sons, David Hentges (Sara) and Charles Bittner; grandchildren, Chelsea, Paige and Troy Johnston, Marina and Amanda Hentges and Emilee Bittner. A memorial service will take place at Central Christian Church, 933 N. Lindsay Road in Mesa on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 10:00 am.  Entombment will be at Mountain View Cemetery.

    I went to high school with Annette. She was a great majorette, not sure if I am remembering correctly, but I think that she could twirl flaming batons.
