Bradley James Hayhurst, 52 of Spokane, WA, passed away on February 12,2013. Bradley James Hayhurst was born September 1, 1960 in Jefferson, Iowa. He is the son of Edward and Rita Hayhurst. Brad grew up in Iowa and graduated from Avoha High School in Avoca, Iowa. He went on to complete his education at Iowa Western Community College Diesel Mechanics School. Because of his lifelong love and passion for trucks, Brad was always a part of his parents trucking business starting as soon as he was old enough to carry a grease gun. In 1984, Brad moved to join his family in Mesa, Arizona and began to work in the construction business driving trucks. In 1995 the family business officially became “Hayhurst Trucking Inc.” with Brad and his Dad at the helm. He had devoted his life to the business, his family and many friends. When his father passed in 2009, Brad became President of “Hayhurst Trucking Inc.”. In 1990 Bradley married Theresa Perez who brought two sons, Anthony Dynar and Bradley Hayhurst Jr. into his life. He was divorced in 2011 and moved to Spokane Valley to join his dear friends, Tony and Julia Messina. Brad began working for “Spokane Rock Products” where he enjoyed being back in the seat of a truck again, working with a great team of drivers and co-workers. Brad was very happy there, living near the forest and enjoying Mother Nature. Shortly after moving to Spokane, Brad had finally met the love of his life, Kristie Pangburn. Bradley passed away suddenly at his home on February 12, 2013. He leaves to mourn his mother, Rita Hayhurst, his sisters, Loretta Taylor and Renae Garrett and brother-in-law David Garrett, Sons, Bradley Hayhurst Jr. and Anthony Dynar, nieces and nephews Danielle and Brandon McWilliams, Erica and Edward Taylor, Cassidy, Cambria, and Dominic Garrett and McKenzie McWilliams all of Mesa, AZ. He also leaves behind his sweetheart Kristie Pangburn and a large extended family and many friends. Bradley was preceded in death by his father, Edward and his loving grandparents, Veryl and Agnes Williams and Floyd and Mildred Hayhurst. A visitation will be held Tuesday February 19, 2013 from 5:00-8:00 PM with a funeral service being held for Bradley on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 3:00pm at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel 7900 E. Main St. Mesa, Arizona.
