Not a moment goes by that I don’t think about you, dad. This is so hard for me because I miss you so so so much. I know you’ve got plenty of friends and family up there in Heaven, and I can’t wait to see you again. You are an amazing soul and the best earth dad that the Lord could have ever given me, and I’m proud to call you my father. Love you always, daddy 🙂

I have so many great memories of you from my childhood and beyond. I remember you teaching Cathy and I discipline and responsibility and making us laugh with your fun sense of humor. What an awesome father and role model you were to your kids and to me as well. You always referred to me as “smiley” and that always made me smile even more. You will be greatly missed, we love you Papa Lamb…

Uncle Bob you are so loved and so missed but I know we will see you again in heaven.
I remember you taking me to high school (yes after I totaled my Moms car that just so happened to have your suit for Tabetha’s graduation in it… oops) and I remember our talk 🙂
You talked to me like a Father, and I always knew I could talk to you when I needed a man’s advice on something…. I’ve missed you a long time now and I never did thank you for that little talk, but I’ve always treasured it.
I’m smiling because I remember finding your briefcase on the road many years ago and the reward you gave me 🙂
I love you Uncle Bob, miles never stopped that.

  7. Ruth Porter says:

  27. Anna Louise says:

Thank you everyone for your comments. Dad has visited me in several dreams. Every time he is well and happy and youthful in appearance. Thank you to everyone who came to the beautiful service and to my family for handling all important matters and for being there physically and mentally when I wasn’t able to. I am still overly emotional about everything and sometimes I still break down when a reminder or a trigger appears out of nowhere. I know Dad is more than ok and I know I should be also, especially with my belief system. My dad is amazing, Im blessed to have his love and his DNA. I am thankful for my not perfect family that no matter what happens, we still love each other and are there for one another. Thank you Mom. I appreciate you. You and Dad dealt with so much, you two are awesome. I am glad you are my parents. Cathy and Dan, you guys are the best and it makes me happy to see two people who truly love one another and share that energy with those around you. I am so proud of you Cathy. Thank you for everything. I know that God knows what He’s doing and I trust in Him and know everything is perfect at all times, regardless/even if it doesn’t feel like it. I still haven’t found all the words to correctly say the right tribute to my dad, there are no words that can express the emotions that run deep in my heart and through my soul. I love and miss you Dad, visit me any time you want. Hugs and bigger hugs and kisses (((xoxxox)))

  28. Anna Louise says:

I love you dad. I miss you so much. I still, even right now, get emotionally overwhelmed when I think about everything. Hopefully next lifetime I will do better for both of us. Thank you Lord for my family and friends. I am truly blessed. Thank you for this human experience, even though it can be quite painful, the awesomeness more than makes up for it. Hugs OXOOXO and kisses XOXXOX

  29. Cathy Grimsley says:

Just thinking of you like I often do dad! I always tell God to tell you hello and give you a hug for me when I do my bedtime prayers every night. Cannot wait to see you in eternity! Love, your little squirrel!

  30. Catt Grimsley says:

Miss and love you so much dad!

  31. craig chambers says:

Well they won’t let me have a comment where I share how I feel … soo .. miss ya grandpa

  32. Catt says:

Hi Dad! Just thinking of you and Anna … Love you guys and see you when I make it over there or when Jesus returns

Offer Condolences
