I had the privilege of working with Crystal at the City of Phoenix for the last 5 years. She was an absolutely amazing person – super intelligent, hard working and dedicated, yet always extremely kind and compassionate. She leaves behind many colleagues and friends who will miss her greatly. Phoenix is a much better place because of her diligent efforts to save and oversee its historic properties.
