Dale Edward Collier, 93, passed away on January 5, 2021 in Mesa, Arizona.  He was born September 22, 1927 in Harrington, Kansas to Harold and Hazel Collier.  He was one of 3 children.

Dale is survived by his wife of 36 years, LaVonne Collier, his family Debe Collier Nidiffer (Bob), Kathy Collier Langston (Bob), Ted Griffin (Debbie), Tammy Griffin, and Leisa Griffin Whitehead (Rance).  He also is survived by his younger sister Barbara Collier Andress.    Dale was a grandfather to 22 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.   He was preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Harold and Hazel Collier, his brother Bob Collier, and his 2 sons Daniel Collier and Don Collier.

Dale was a dedicated, hard worker and retired from the Southern Pacific Railroad and Kennecott Copper Mines. He also served in the Army Reserves.  However, Dale’s passion and love was for the law.  He served in various segments of law enforcement as the Marshall for the Town of Kearny, Pinal County Deputy, and ultimately   becoming the Magistrate for the Town of Kearny, AZ.  This is the job he loved the most.     Dale was well respected by his community, peers, and coworkers.

Services will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 1:00pm.
