It is with both sadness and eternal joy that we announce the passing of Dawnmarie Barbara Rabe. Dawn was born February 18, 1964, in Grand Rapids, Michigan and passed in her home at Mi Casa Nursing Center on July 25, 2026. Dawnmarie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Dawn touched the lives of many through her smile, compassion, and generous spirit. She will be remembered for the love she gave to family and friends, and the strength and grace she showed throughout her life and her challenges.
She will be deeply missed by her mother Barbara Rabe, her three children Loretta, Spencer and Brett. Her siblings Corrine, Jeffrey E., Daniel, Angeline, Jeffrey M. and Brett as well as many friends whose lives she touched. Dawnmarie has now reunited with her sister Karen who passed in 2000. While her absence leaves an immeasurable void, Dawnmarie’s love and light remain with all who knew her. She will be forever remembered, forever loved, and forever missed.
A memorial service to celebrate Dawnmarie’s life will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 1:30pm at Mi Casa Nursing Center located at 330 S Pinnule Circle Mesa, AZ 85206. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and share in remembering her life.
Celebrating 75 years of serving our community
