Dennis Michael Hazlett, 76, of Apache Junction, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014, at the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. Born March 16, 1938 in Davenport, IA, Dennis and his wife Elizabeth retired to Arizona in 2003. Dennis, a lab technician, retired from Alcoa Davenport Works in May, 2000.He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Inarose Hazlett; and his sister, Leslie Dickens.Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Hazlett, Apache Junction; two sons, Steve Hazlett, Illinois, and Kevin Hazlett and wife, Sandy, Nebraska; and one daughter, Debbie Kratz and husband, Randy, Illinois; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 15, 2014, at 1 PM at Meridian Manor Clubhouse, 2101 S Meridian Rd, Apache Junction, with Pastor John Enabnit officiating.
