Diana LaRae Morgan passed away on April 20, 2025. She was 66 years old. Diana was born in Escondido, California and was a resident of Meadview City, Mohave County, Arizona. Her passing leaves an enormous void in our hearts. Memories of Diana and her joys in life will be cherished forever.
As the Itty Bitty Animal Sanctuary Director, her last retirement hobby, she catered and cared for each animal. As a result, through a highly specialized rehabilitation process, she changed each animal’s life for the better. She loved to work and strived to ensure that her efforts made a difference in the lives of others.
Her parents were Robert Borden, who proceeded her in death, and Patricia Kay Borden who soon passed after.
Diana lived a full life while being a wonderful mother, homemaker, and a “Boss” in the Arizona health care field. She loved to cook and she kept an extensive record collection of 70’s rock and roll albums amongst other assemblages. Diana was highly skilled with small business development, loved shooting her guns, and also enjoyed her many outings to Lake Mead, Arizona. Diana was a farm girl at heart who enjoyed gardening, taking care of her flowers, and picking her delicious fruit; all passions that she held dear.
Most of all Diana loved her family. She instilled in her sons, daughters, and grandchildren strong values that have served them and others well. Diana will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
A celebration of Diana’s life will be held 10am Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 at Mountain View Funeral Home & Cemetery, LLC. 7900 East Main Street, Mesa, Arizona.
