Edmund Meredith, 84, passed away March 10, 2020 in Mesa, Arizona. He was born June 15, 1935 in Metz, Michigan to Alfred and Marie Meredith. Edmund was a tractor enthusiast, enjoyed rebuilding tractors and loved to tinker in the woods. He is preceded in death by his son, Kurt Edmund Meredith, parents and 2 brothers, Jimmy Meredith and Tom (Joan) Meredith. He is survived by his loving wife, of 63 years, Marveline Meredith, daughters, Linda (Jim) Mattson and Denise (Henry) Luevano, three grandchildren, Monica Henkel, Meredith Wangman, and Corey Zarves and four great-grandchildren, Trinity, Tianna, Jordan, and Cody. He is also survived by the Cordes family: Kenneth (Theresa) Cordes, Keith Cordes, Joyce Cordes, Joan (Garry) Hartwick, Valerie (Jerry) Bougher, and Darin (Laura) Cordes.
A visitation will be held Saturday, March 14 from 10:00-12:00 followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7900 East Main Street, Mesa, AZ. In lieu of flower, please make a donation in Edmund’s name to The American Lung Association https://www.lung.org/.
